Month of diabetes is the creation of personal small goals

In my last blog post I mentioned how the US National diabetes month, represents a new opportunity to learn, improve our health and to participate.

How about considering the time today to think about and confirmation on small personal objective or events this month.

Increase the weight of the blood sugar levels. Lose this month. Approx. 4-8 pounds of (1-2 pounds per week) is a good goal. Commit the exercise 30 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week.
